How to log in to Virtualmin with your Extra Administrator account

Along with your hosting service, you receive your own access to the Virtualmin panel as an Extra Administrator. This account lets you manage your domain independently: upload files, create email accounts and databases, run backups, install SSL certificates, and more, without needing to open a support ticket for everyday tasks.

Login details

Your Extra Administrator credentials (username and password) are sent to you by email when the service is activated. If you can't find them, open a support ticket and we'll resend them securely.

Accessing the panel

1. Open your browser and go to https://yourdomain.com:10000/ (replace "yourdomain.com" with your own domain).
2. Your browser may show a certificate warning the first time you connect; this is expected and safe to continue past — it's the panel's own certificate.
3. Enter your Extra Administrator username and password.
4. Click Login.

What you'll see

Unlike a full server administrator, your Extra Administrator account only shows the tools and permissions assigned to your domain: File Manager, Email, Databases, Backups, SSL, and so on. You won't have access to other domains or global server settings.
